We are celebrating the arrival of a brand‑new Nara Baby Bassinet at the Taber Health Centre, fully funded through the incredible support of Taber Dairy Queen’s Blizzard Day.
With local births increasing by more than 200% in recent years, the new bassinet comes at a crucial time. Labour & Delivery staff have already noted its impact, highlighting improved sanitary control, smooth mobility, excellent built‑in storage, and enhanced visibility for postpartum care. These are all essential features that help ensure newborns receive the safest, most comfortable start close to home.
Blizzard Day, held on May 29, brought the community together in a big way. Thanks to every supporter who purchased a Blizzard, $4,650 was raised to fund this important piece of equipment.
