Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the 2025 Fall Campaign continues to transform surgical care at the Taber Health Centre. The first phase of the campaign, new podiatry equipment, has already been making a meaningful difference for patients. Today, we are thrilled to share even more good news: the second major piece of equipment funded through this campaign has officially arrived.
The Stryker 1688 AIM 4K Platform, a surgical visualization system, is now in place and ready to elevate care across multiple specialties, including arthroscopy, laparoscopy, ENT, and hysteroscopy. Before it goes live in the operating rooms, the surgical teams will complete specialized training to ensure they can fully leverage its technology.
This system offers 4K resolution, improved light sensitivity, and enhanced fluorescence imaging, allowing surgeons to visualize perfusion and critical anatomy better. The upgrade will replace outdated video equipment, significantly improving the clarity, efficiency, and precision of surgical procedures.
None of this would be possible without you. Your support is directly shaping the future of healthcare in our community, and we are deeply grateful.
