DONOR RECOGNITION

Every gift to the Taber and District Health Foundation is an investment in the health of our community. Our continued success is a reflection of the people who choose to give, the people who care about the future of health care.

A Donor Recognition Wall and program has been developed to acknowledge all generous support . The Foundation recognizes all cumulative donations by placing a personalized plaque on the donor wall in Admitting are at the Taber Health Center. The size of the tiles varies according to the category of recognition.

Gifts up to $1,000  Personal Thank you letter, Official Tax receipt

Gift of $1,000 - $4,999  Personal Thank You Letter, Official Tax receipt and 7” donor plaque

Gift of $5,000 - $9,999  Personal Thank You Letter, Official Tax receipt and 7” donor plaque

Gift of $10,000 - $24,999  Personal Thank You Letter, Official Tax receipt and 7” donor plaque

Gift of $25,000 - $49,999  Personal Thank You Letter, Official Tax receipt and 7” donor plaque

Gift of $50,000 - $99,999  Personal Thank You Letter, Official Tax receipt and 7” donor plaque

Gift of $100,000 - $199,999  Personal Thank You Letter, Official Tax receipt and 7” donor plaque
